pushing my luck here but.........

i have acquired a 1990 cbr250 that needs a bit of work (timing chain) its in ok shape and starts stops and go,s ok. the question is what are they worth ? I have no time for a bore stroke 250 and need to get rid of it

id think about £1000 for one in good condition but if its got engine problems then i wouldnt risk it for any amount of money.

you have to rev them to 18'000 rpm (they rev to 20'000) to get any power from them and at that engine speed problems arnt good.
