barrel question

Wed Dec 05, 2007 3:47 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hi ,

i came up with a barrel in good condition and i am searching for a second
one.

Is there a possibility to reuse one, that it is like new, but has a very small crack in the exchaust bridge or this is a finished barrel for the garbage?

Is there a way to identify the difference between a -21 and a -28 cylinder?

The difference between '21 and '28 barrels is so small it's irrelevent.

As for a cracked bridge? I'd run it if you can't feel anything sitting proud with your finger, then again I don't live in mortal terror of a seizure, it's just a mild inconvience. When it siezes don't blame me Wink
