Selling NSR

Mon Dec 10, 2007 10:59 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

It's been awhile since I've posted a message, but continue to view the site pretty often. I am currently stationed on Okinawa in the U.S Air Force and will be getting stationed at Lakenheath Air Base this August. Anyhow, I have a 94 MC28 SE with 9400 km in pretty nice condition. If I were to rate it 1-10, I would say it's probably an 8 or 8.5. The only things I done to it... tinted windscreen, carbon fiber pipes, just painted the exhaust chambers, bike really looks nice. Would it be easy to sell there in England and what would sell for? I have a 2003 Yamaha R1 in storage in the U.S and am trying to get it shipped there as well. If it was up to me I would like to keep them both. Thanks for the help

Hard to say what a nice 28 will go for in the UK. People tend to pay a lot for a clean low milage 28 at the moment. I would think it would be no less that 3.5k poss more. If i was you i'd keep it and use it.

Hi, bring it over as soon as possible, I'm only a few miles away Very Happy would be nice to 'buy' one from just down the road. Bit of a long time to wait til August. Can't you bring some others with you too, VJ23 would be nice, TZR SP's etc etc How about, you borrow the firms cargo plane, buy loads of rare bikes, sell them over here, you'll never need to work again. Very Happy
