Electrical problem Help

No spark.Its driving me up the wall ! All I ve found wrong is that I m not getting any juice from one of the pickups on the magneto,would this close the whole system down ?

It did on my MC18 as well

It s a MC21se,the racing wiring loom is brand new as is the delimeter.No faults that I can see other than the pickup ?
