I'm having a real drama trying to remove the inner clutch basket. I normally just use an air impact gun on most of my other bikes. Any helpful tip's

Sometimes you need a little more torque that an air gun gives.

You need to make a clutch holding tool (Honda and Suzuki make quite good ones) and then use a good breaker bar. Will take a bit of effort but wont damage the hub.
