Not sure if my recommendations are any good. THe last time I was there I ended up on my head and my bike broken in half
Let me look at my notes later on and see what I was running, as the bike was making good power, right up till I spun the rear end up _________________ Charles Gallant
Thanks Charles. I'm just looking for a ball park to get me started. Do you know where I can get a rear spring "NOW". Without it this may be a moot point. _________________ james

sorry for the delay, have been busy cleaning up after having a tornado come through Tuesday night.
You can try Race Tech, or Traxxion Dynamics to get a spring asap.
I will hopefully get some time today to actually go through my notes (inbetween cutting more knocked down trees up that came down all over my property).
I want to say I was running 15/38, but that doesn't take into account my internal gearing.
Jetting? Well as we all know, that really depends on the bike. My RS has a very narrow jetting range. Not sure how it compares to the earlier model RS's. Most likely I was running 165/168 mains, but not sure about the rest of my settings. _________________ Charles Gallant
Thanks Charles. Turn out I'm probably going to be doing some testing at TWS on monday (but I need a set of jets). I did get the sings from Traxxion and they should be here today. TWS has has a long and fast straight (like road atlanta, so I shoulde be able to get some data, if I don't blow the motor first. _________________ james

BTW: sorry to hear about your tornado. I was literally dodging tornadoes a couple weeks ago in Oklahoma. _________________ james

A little late. I was at Barber today. I ran 15/38 gears and 165/170 mains.
Here is a video clip form the day. Not my fastest lap by any means, you don't really get a choice which one lap they tape you. On this lap I was working on a couple techniques.
