Anyone knows what that orange rubber tube is? Why does it stick out? Should it be connected to somewhere?

It's an overflow tube of some sort....if it's a track bike it should go to a catch bottle.

You should be able to take the tank and air box off and see the originating point of that tube

I have no ideas why your pictures can't show up either.

Fuel cap over flow if it's like the 28. Connects to the front of the airbox and the tank drips into it.

Or maybe battery breather tube (shouldn't it be a sealed one).
