MC16 stumble at 7000rpm

Hi All,

Not sure whats up but I have noticed in the last couple of days that my MC16 is stumbling at about 7000revs. Fine below and above that but a big stumble at about 7000 before the power kicks in. A pain in the ass to ride like that. Any idea what to look for?

is the air filter clean ?

Should be, its relatively new and freshly oilded, but will give a check tonight.
