all started when i dropped the bike started getting this noise

the bike starts all normaly etc.. but when i try to shift in first and take off it shuts down
the only way to shift in in first is with some rpm (around 3500)

1.What is the cause of the noise
2.Is the no shift shut down sutiation connected
