Not sure exactly how you're painting it Si, but you've gotta expose some of the carbon of the seat unit....... it's be a shame to cover it all carbon up!

got the seat from ian e its a speedfiber from spain and proper quality stuff.i had this one specialy made as they usualy dont do bare carbon ones but i wanted it like that so they made it for us,but at a price that still haunts my bank balance Laughing

the carbon seats they usualy do come white and ready to paint and are good value and you can get the normal rsw 04 seats qute cheap now
