Ordered a NSR 300 kit from TYGA but have been uncontactable?

Hi all,

My father and I recently went shares in a lovely black NSR 250 which had a blown crank seal and on closer inspection needed new pistons and chroming in the barrels. I decided to pay the extra to make it an NSR 300 as it sounded like a good idea to have a fresh top end and extra cc's.

So I emailed Paul at TYGA and transferred the required deposit, all seemed to be well. After five weeks had passed (they say to expect four to six weeks for a kit to be assembled as they only do them on demand) I sent Paul an email asking how it was coming along etc. and I never heard back from him. I have since emailed him from the TYGA website, thinking that perhaps it was getting caught in a spam filter somewhere, giving other email addresses I could be contacted on should there be a problem with email bouncing etc. It's been almost two months now since I initially ordered the kit and I have not received a reply from Paul or TYGA on the progress of the 300 kit.

I'm guessing there will be more than a few people here who have had dealings with TYGA and might be able to advise me on whether there are issues with their emails, or if they are just slow at responding. I know TYGA are fairly popular and may get rather busy with orders and realise that perhaps they are just busy and haven't had a chance to finish the kit yet and perhaps haven't gotten around to responding for some reason. We're just starting to get a bit worried as it's been quite some time and having never purchased anything from TYGA before don't really know what to expect. So any advice from anyone is appreciated, I am hoping there isn't any reason for concern and I'll hear back from them any day now..

Finally, though, does anyone know how to contact TYGA by phone?

you could try PM'ing Mattt@tyga from here.
Tyga are not the sort of people to rip you off, i,m sure there is a good reason for this.

Yes, I agree TYGA has a good reputation and I'm guessing it's just some breakdown in the emailing system or something. Will try PM'ing him as you suggested, thank you.

Thanks Jeff, was able to get in contact with Matt and everything is ok.

Someone can probably delete this thread if they like as it's probably not going to be of much use to anybody else in the future.

Thanks
