i,ve decided to make my mc18 r5k more for track days than road
i am fitting aftermarket pipes , hrc jet kit , open carbs in a hrc style airbox ,
premix

my question is about the solonoids do i keep them or do i junk them
also i have some mc21 carbs ,should i use these instead of my 18 carbs , i noticed in the tuning section the solonoid routing is different on the 21 to the 18, does this make a difference

is there anyone with a similar set up that can offer some info

Only the F3 runs without the solenoids. You need them unless you want the motor to run like a bag of the proverbial!

ok , so i need the solenoids
the plumming of the solenoids on the 18 is different than the 21
how does the plumming on the 18 go with the x and y pieces with the power jets blocked
or can i set the 21 carbs up with 21 plumming with the 18 solenoids like it explains in the tuning section

bit confused at the moment
