MC18 oil pump solenoid, how work it?

According to the manual,the soleniod current is switched off at 7000rpm,allowing the pump stroke to increase by retracting the pin off the drive,similar principle as variable valve timing.

ok bushman, when I get over 7000 rpm valve is switched off ... right? .... so then when you start ignition, the valve should start immediately ... is that correct?....because when i start ignition on, my solenoid valve is no activated....however, the valve is in good conditions....something is wrong....:/

Check for electrical continuity on that circuit,there is a wiring diagram in the "Workshop area".
