Tue Mar 09, 2010 8:14 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

is anyone having difficulties printing the newly release MC16/18/21 Workshop Manual? I can only view a portion of the page full size and cannot even manipulate it on my screen. Thanks.

Cangus,

There is no print button in the online workshop manual for a reason. It's intentions is for viewing and not for printing.

When the manual is complete, it will be available in print form.

You can buy the MC28 manual from Charles (see post above this) which is helpful with many things you'll likely need including engine, transmission, and carburetion. Until the other one is ready this is the best thing going.

Where are you in the states? There are a few of us floating around here. Charles is down south, 2 of us are in Pittsburgh, we have at least one in OH, some sprinkled through the midwest, and then of course a gaggle over on the west coast where we send all the crazy people.

And in case you were wondering - I get my parts from Tyga. There's a link on the ever-changing banner at the top of your screen. Shipping from Thailand is expensive so make sure you're ordering everything you want or it'll hurt to have that 2nd box sent for one or two things.

HTH, Craig

How soon before MC21 manual is ready? Don't want to have to spend $100 twice. Should have known there was a reason why it was not user friendly. I am not so good with computers. Feeling like a dummy.

Been on the Tyga site. How bad is shipping? Can you give me an idea? Bike has only 4,000 miles and abused, but never taken apart and never crashed (at speed). Just needs some long overdue maintenance and clean up.

I live in south east Massachusetts. Any others in my area? I've wanted one of these ever since racing in the late 80's.

I have two more chapters to complete for the MC16/18/21 manual (chapters on MC21 model specifics).

I estimate I will have this one ready by the end of the month. Price will be more then the MC18 since it's nearly twice as many pages. Will out pricing as soon as I am done.

I will put a post up when it's ready to ship.

lol hey Cangus feel free to ask away (after you do a search on the forum of course) on anything you run up against. No such thing as a stupid question and if you dont ask you will never learn. I've asked my fair share of 'stupid' questions here only to go duh! once the answer is posted.

Cheers,

C13

We'd appreciate you having a look at the main site first, reading the specification pages for your bike and having a nose through the workshop. You might find your own answers there.

Once you've tried that, do a quick search of the forum, which again might throw up the answer you need.

If both those fail, then please ask! We might bite, but it's only banter. Wink
