Honda NSR250R MC28 Workshop Manual in English.

I am in the process of putting together an online version of the MC28 workshop manual. This is available to Carbon (for a limited time) and Titanium members at this time.

Currently I have the introduction section (general manual information), as well as a good portion of chapter 1 (General information). I will be adding more as I get things together.

Okay, I have now completed the following:

Section 0 - this is the Index, how to use this manual and notes on symbols used in the manual. This is pretty much 100%.

Section 1 - General Information. I have at this time included Model ID, Specifications, Service Data, detailed service data, torque specs and cable routing. Will work on the Common parts (although this may be a last item detail since we have the parts manual in English already), Lube & seal points, and the trouble shooting.

Section 2 - Frame/Body Panels/Exhaust - This is pretty much 100%.

Section 3 - Maintenance - Covers service schedule as well as maintenance on common components. The service schedule I am missing a couple small details, but the rest is basically all there.

Section 4 - Lubrication system - this section covers the oil pump system as well as the transmission lubrication(although it technically shows a diagram of the trans lube flow and nothing more). This is 100% done.

Will continue adding more as I get time. Again, if you have any corrections to what I have come up with, please send them my way.

When I try to access the manual using the link provided at the start of the thread all I get is a blank grey page???????
I am a Titanium member.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

You need to be logged in to the forum at the same time, so make sure that's the case.

The pages are in Flash, so it may take a moment for it to load. Other than that, I just checked it and it all loads OK for me, so try clearing your browser cache/temporary internet files or try an alternative browser.

It works for me in Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3, Google Chrome, and Opera 9.

Please DO NOT PM me for technical advice. My time is precious, and you will probably receive a faster response on the Forum anyway.

Currently there are 214 pages (of 300) that are being loaded into the Flash application that displays the manual.

It takes a little for it to do it's thing since there are so many pages.

It actually loads the content of each page as you go to that page (and caches them so when you come back in that session they load quickly).

You need to have flash installed and if your using IE, you may get a prompt to allow certain content to be loaded (look for a yellow bar with instructions to load that control at the top of the browser window).

Beyond that I have tested it in IE, Chrome and Firefox with no issues. OS's I have tried it on are XP Pro and Home edition.
