The F3 plates that the measurements are on the site, what exactly do they do differantly to standard MC18 ones. I'm fitting a 21 17inch rear and wonder whether this will help.
Do they just increase ride height or perhaps the rising rate?

Been offered a CBR600RR 2006 rear shock, but not sure of the length yet so i will have to see. Need something a little beefier to support my ample frame!
It's likely to be closer if it's a 1996 shock! I think it was a 1991~92 shock that's close enough to fit, but don't quote me on it.
I'm certainly not putting my 50p on it, that's for sure, but I will put 50p on the 2006 not fitting very easily. You need a very short shock to fit it into an MC16 or MC18. _________________ Andy.
