MC18 Crank ...what can and can't be done?

Fri Feb 20, 2009 1:28 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Have two cranks now and the one actually in my bike I don't expect to last long so rather than wait for the inevitable I thought it might be good to pull it out and replace what I can. Has anybody sourced bearings, seals and/or little ends separately?

My last crank had a collapsed outer bearing probably due to rust from sitting before I got it, so rather than risk damaging the cases and anything else in the path of the shrapnel it weould be great to just swap these out?

All comments appreciated Twisted Evil
