NSR300, Tyga exhausts and OEM fairing fitting

Fri Aug 21, 2009 11:26 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

I want to get my lower fairing back on my NSR300 so it doesn't look like I'm riding around on some sort of hodge podge two stroke bitzer.

So, is it possible to get the stock fairing to fit my MC21 with 300 barrels and TYGA two up the one side pipes? Will this just require just a bit of bending of brackets etc. or will I have to get the fairing cut? eek.

Btw, I know something will have to be done with the front spark plug, but apart from that...

You should be able to get them to fit as with the off set manifolds that come with the 300 kit they can made to clear almost everything.

As you say the front plug is also abit of a bugger and will require a bit of cutting if youre using the stock BR9ECM plug.

With a few small spacers and washers here and there it fit together quite nicely.
