Guys,
Can a RS 125 / 250 Tacho be used on an NSR (MC21)?
I'm thinking specifically the electrical block connector and if the electrical signal from the pick up / sender will be recognised?

Simple answer is no.

They use a different signal as well as electrical connector.

If you want RS style you can use MC18 tacho and temp guages with a little work.

I'll start looking for a MC18 Tacho.

Will a MC18 F3 Tacho work, or does it need to be a MC18 road bike Tacho?

An MC18F3 tacho is an RS tacho.

You can use a MC18F3 tacho (RS) one if you have an MC18F3 harness and ign.

The road MC18 tacho though plugs almost right into the MC21 harness.
