F3 Gearbox

I have a gearbox that I believe is F3. How do I tell the difference between SP and F3 gearboxes? I know this has been discussed before, but I have spent the last three hours searching and found NOTHING. Please help!

It's discussed in the HRC NSR250 area. Ti Members only.

No support for HRC in the public area any more.
