I am wanting to put 28 fork bottoms on my 21SP forks.

Is there a difference in the fork bottoms other than caliper mounting spacings?
Is there a difference between the R fork bottoms and the SE/SP?

No, apart from the caliper mounts they are the same.

No, all R/SE/SP fork bottoms are the same from model to model.

I found out after todays little spin that the tosser I bought the bike from didnt fix the fork seals like he said he did so with the info you have given me I need to hassle a certain person for some 28 fork bottoms he said he has and get my SP forks and shock sent off to K-Tech for a rebuild.
