They do? I thought that the disks on an mc18 were pretty much the same as those fitted to the nc30. I dont have an mc18 to compare with but the disks on my mc16 are a hell of a lot different to the disks on my nc30. The '16 ones wear to buggery too, at least both bikes in my garage have..

Don't trust me, look in the parts manual, mc16 brake disc 45120-KV3-000, mc18 brake disc 45120-KV3-000.

All the grey sporty Honda 400's from the late 80's/early 90's (VFR's RVF's, CBR's share the same discs, these are the same size and direct swap with most other Honda's from that era, CBR600, Fireblade and even RS250.

The NSR discs are smaller.

Must be something amiss then as my mc16 disks measure 260mm (approx, hard to measure with the wheel in the bike) and the mc18 is stated as being 276mm.

The MC16 disks are different... very different. All the other NSR's are interchangeable.

The OPM is wrong, but it does say "...this online version is for reference only, and all part numbers should be cross-referenced with an official Honda dealer."

The diagrams for the MC16 disks and MC18 disks are correct, but both pages are showing the MC16 part numbers. I will change it as soon as I can.
