Buying from Okshon

PLease be carful dealing with Okshon, I too have been dealing with them for years , but lately their impossible to deal with and I cant get my deposit back on an item after I already paid for it. I have been e-mailing them for 3 months They NEVER answer any e-mails!!!!!!!! and they nickel & dime you on every transaction! " $10 depost fee" "$10 bank fee" " $XX.00 trans action fee" on & on. and FYI I notified Paypal & they cant do anything because deposits ARE NOT COVERED

Hey Michael, no I dont, because it was a deposit its not connected to any one item

You can withdraw your deposit w/o any help from them but if you have remaining balance you cant withdraw until you pay it.

I dont know of any other way of getting balance back, what I did is on their site is request balance ( or Deposit ) back into my paypal account, its been showing " Refund in progress " since May 20th, and again I send many e-mails but no response.

I did but this up to rave, but to warn others to use Okshon with caution, I am sure other pepople have had problems as well and Okshon does not seem to care

Hi,
i´m exactly in the same position, 3 monts to make my withdraw,
lots of mail and i don´ t have any response.
They are too fast when they receive money, but too slow to make
the refund.

What can we do?

Nothing now I guess, the site is gone, along with the deposits andanything not posted (i.e. my mc18 airbox and some rearsets).

I invoiced them via PayPal for my deposit, and they got in touch quite quickly!

I think you should only keep in there what you can afford to write off. My deposit is $60 and that allows me to bid about ¥26,000. It's only for emergencies anyway, as I would rather give Moriwaki-man my money than some shady Chinese gangsters! Confused
