Hi everyone,

Having trouble contacting okshon. I need them to give me a shipping quote but no response for months and I have sent more than 20 emails and "contact us" on their main page.

Anyone have an email address which works? Or even better if someone can phone them up that side?

I have bought a pair of forks from them which I will be needing for the new race season early next year so my time is running out.

I invoiced them for my deposit through PayPal!

As I've said before, only invest as much in OKShon! as you are prepared to lose. They do seem to always come through in the end, but they are far from confidence inspiring.

Moriwaki-man is cheaper than OKShon!, but of course you don't have control over your own bidding. That can be a good thing though, as it stops you from over-bidding at the end of auctions!

I too have expressed my frustrations with Okshon here on this site, and have waited many months for my deposit back, and I too have left 100s of e-mails with no response. Good news I called at 011 852-296 14860 & received my deposit back the next day!!!!!! good luck!

This isnt about getting my deposit back but just to get the stuff shipped! I have used them many times in the past with no problems.

My comment's not about getting stuff shipped or even specifically about deposits, it's about the fact that they are an unreliable service and the way I got a response was by invoicing their PayPal account. My point was that in my experience, you shouldn't put any more into the service than you can afford to lose.
