TSS looking to make an MC21/500cc in NZ

Sat Oct 31, 2009 8:41 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

The Two Stroke shop are looking at the MC21 Chassis to hold one of their new 500cc two stroke motors and are in need of a chassis to see whats needed to make it fit......can anyone help???

http://www.twostrokeshop.com/two_stroke_shop_engines.htm

The workshop is located in Tauranga NZ so preferably something in the North Is. Just after the chassis and relevant bodywork to see whats going to work and obviously condition not a factor. Reply here or thru the main web site to Wayne (Wobbly)

They would've suggested the Aprilia RS frame because they didn't think there was enough room in the NSR frame. (I speculate they'd only looked at an MC18 frame.) Anyway, I measured up an MC21 frame for them, and they suddenly became interested when they realised there was more room in one than they thought.

I image a 21/28-500 could be a real possibility if someone gets a chassis to them.
