nsr250 chassis differences

Wed Nov 11, 2009 5:43 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hello,
can any body tell me what the differences are between the chassis on all the various nsr250 models?
For instance, can an MC28 swing arm be fitted to an MC16 or 18 frame ?
Are the later frames any stronger / better that the earlier frames?
Thanks for any info you can give me. Very Happy

Given enough money and workshop time anything can be made to fit anything!

However, the frames across the years did change, for example the 18 frame is quite a bit narrower than the 21. Never seen a naked 16 so dunno about that one, but the 28 is remarkably similar to the 21 except for the single sided arm of course.
