NSR's at the NEC

Tue Nov 17, 2009 10:12 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Had BobbyBoy's lovely MC18 on show at the Classic Motor Show over the weekend, along with an NS400R, MVX250 and NSR50. Nice to have Veroli1994 pop along for a chat too. Very Happy

More words and pics HERE.

Now that's the kinda stand I'd like to see more of at the NEC. I've not been in ages as I've no desire to see the latest Hyperbike. Desides why pay good money to see stuff that's in the local bike show room a few months later.

Great display guys

Do the MVX's get used on the road much? It'd be great if you could get a couple of them and a couple of NS400's down for the ride-out (and track day, even if it's just for the social) next May.

bobbyboy's R5K looks lovely!

Ta. This was the Classic Motor Show though, not the Bike Show featuring next year's new models. Haven't been to that for a few years, got the same opinion as you.

There's only one MVX and it gets the odd blat round the back roads on a sunny sunday. We were discussing your 2-stroke 3-day weekend at the show, we'd like to be there with some appropriate bikes if we can manage it. Very Happy

That MXV is cool. Those inboard brakes are a real oddity having never been offered here in the states (the bike nor the brakes). It's cool that they make room for the 2-strokes at the shows. All of these bikes look great.

Also met Dave Ett at the show. Had a good chat about bikes (and NSR's!)
Thats 2 NSR World members I've meet recently (RichG too), both good blokes.
That can't last, expecting to meet an odd one or two soon!

Don't worry, the further South and West you go, the odder we get! Very Happy

Sorry, I thought you had access to a black/red MVX too. Must have read that somewhere else in a previous lifetime! Smile
