air screws

when the air screws are wound all the way in should the protrude into the carb mouth? or have mine been over tightened??

My does a bit, around 0.1~.02 cm max. and its on both sides so... if your happen on both sides then maybe its normal... but anyways 1 1/2 is a starting point so you got to fiddle around after that anyways.
