HRC 'Y' piece identification

Sat Jan 30, 2010 6:12 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

I've got a whole load of 'Y' pieces some of which are HRC versions. How do I tell which one is which and why didn't HRC just make em red like the 'X' piece. Mad

Does the HRC 'Y' piece have a large diameter brass 'jet' in the straight section of the Y?

Thanks in advance and thanks to Dan and Si for looking though their jet kits.

The Y is black with 3 white dots . There are brass inserts in the two upper "legs" of the Y.
The + is red with a blue dot and a black plastic thing with a metal clip, blocking one of the pipe ends

EDIT: i just found a picture here on this site Smile

Cheers for the info. Seems I've got 2 x std ones and 1 x HRC one. I'm just putting the plumbing back to standard on my MC21 and just wanted to know what was what.

Sorry, the HRC one's not for sale, it'll probobly go into a box and saved for a future project.
