Exhaust headers on 300cc Tyga kit

Sun Feb 07, 2010 6:03 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

It is stated that standard bolt on exhaust headers do not fit the bigbore 300cc Tyga kit,8mm studs are present on the exhaust port as per the standard Honda MC21 barrels.

Does the distance(center to center) between studs differ from the standard item?

I thank all in advance

Keep it smokin

Howzit ,
the 150 flanges plates slip onto a 21 barrel - so the bolts are the same distance apart .

I have done the 300 conversion , check out Neal's 300 on a previous post . You can see some expected gains between the two motors .

I will send you his number via email. nealgreyplumba@hotmail.com.
