HRC harness installed, just have a couple questions

**Some edits since I first posted**

Ok my harness is here from Japan (thank you MM) and installed. It came with the HRC box and a tach. The tach has 2 studs on it to mount to 'something'. My questions are:

1. What's the part number for the HRC instrument cluster? Do I just use the MC18 F3 one that shows up on Yahoo Japan from time to time? (this one) http://page21.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/j41902520 Also, if anyone has the race cluster without a tach and wants to part with it please let me know. Edit - I discovered my stock instrument cluster's tach is nearly identical to the one that came with the harness (used, and with a 11.5k redline). My original tach has a 12K redline and seems to work fine with the HRC harness. I'd just like to ditch the speedometer and Neutral/side stand/oil/turn signal/high beam lights. Why oh why are they molded together??????!

2. It appears there's no fuse block as part of this harness. Luckily my dad wasn't around when I put that together or he would still be having a fit. I was just curious why there isn't at least a main fuse.

Once installed I simply added my battery and kicked the bike over - seemed to run fine without all the road equipment. Yay! Thanks for any help/advice. Now I have 2 more HRC parts on the track bike!

Craig

On my MC21 road to race bike, I simply cut the clocks in half with a hacksaw to seperate the speedo/light cluster from the rev counter. If you take your time, cutting around the rev counter and leave as many mounting lugs as you can, it looks very neat and is almost as good as the HRC part.

I do have an F3 bracket for the rev counter I can sell if you really want one.

Cheers
