I bought a NSR 250 to use as a track bike. It was the proverbial deal that was too good to be true. Paid very little for the bike considering its a MC 28 with a clean title. Figured out why... it doesn't have the damn card you need to make it run.

Looking for someone selling one or a lead on where to find one that can be shipped to the US. Heck... I'd pop for the HRC loom and setup if I can be steered in the right direction, ain't exactly going to use this thing as a commuter.

If you only get a card, then you'll need to send it to Japan to have the card and PGM unit matched. Your other option is to buy a PGM unit, with a card, or (gasp) downgrade to a PGMIII unit.
