I like it !!!! always loved that colour scheme on the RC30 endurance racers. Food for thought for a change down the line.

A very ambitious and well executed fairing build and paint job.

Is it now on the road? i don't remember seeing it in the members build area. What else have you done to it?

Thanks for the encouraging remarks.I did post it up when I was modifying the fairng and got a few dubious remarks ? I m really quite impressed hows she s turned out.I tried to model her to her age,the OKI colors ( very easy color scheme lesviffer ) and endurance race fairing all of that era.The fairing from my F3 still has the ram air but I m running her with the air boxes for the momment,I ve also fitted a set of MC21 17" wheels, pondering now on Bridgestones or Dunlops, probably Bridgestones as she s advertising them on the side fairng ? Just a front sprocket to find and she d be flying ?
I ve got three sets of 3XV fairings all in diferent color schemes,I wont post them up as I ll probably get a slap on the wrist from Andy ? Love the anniversary colors and dare I say it ? No.dont want to rattle too many cages ?

the way i see it people who have bad comments about someones choice in body style or paint scheme are usually sheep following everyone else around them and most dont have the skill to build or maintain a bike let alone build and maintain one to the standards you have .
my opinion all very sweet bikes and huge respect for the time you have put in to keep them looking like that not as easy as some people think.

Lovely bikes there.

Was in Changmai a few months a go....doh I didnt even think to look on here to see if anyone was based there. Damn it would have been nice to meet up and drool over your bikes.

Always wanted a Rothmans myself, so will probably do my 28 with the Chinese copy fairings. Not too everyones taste but I grew up with that paint scheme.

I don't reckon it's a copy, and I still stand by what I said... sacrilege to hack a very race piece of bodywork like that about!

Having said that, it's turned out well, and does look good.

It s only a bit of Fibre glassing Andy ! As for the hacking,I wouldn t really have put it that way "carefully positioning" would have been slightly kinder ?
I wonder how HRC made their Endurance fairing ?

When ever i use a set I make a replacement.

This is the first layer of fibre.

Just as a matter of interest, how much is an HRC fairing set ?
