Crank Balancing.

Mon Aug 16, 2010 7:37 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hi to all

I have a spare motor witch I am slowly working on to try and make it perfect again. I was always wondering how much of a difference it would make to have a balanced crank and flywheel. Would it be worth while to balance the crank? I'm also trying to find a place who does the balancing on these cranks as most people tell me that it is to difficult.

Correct me if I am wrong... but are there not two very good crank threads not already running this week? What point can this possibly serve, other than to dilute the information across three areas of discussion?! Rolling Eyes

Sorry for that then. Just wanted to know what difference it would make and it seems to be a difficult job. No problem.

Keep well, Harold
