Has anyone got any pics or a description of a jig they have used to check crank seals ?
I was going to use a steal plate, drilled to suit the crankcase, that has a small pressure guage and a tyre valve fitted per cylinder, and bolt it to the crankcase, pump some air in 1 clyinder at a time, see what it does.
Pretty sure mine are ok, but looking for things to cross off the list.
Cheers guys. _________________ Winning isn't everything, but loosing isn't anything
yeah i put pictures of my leak down testing setup on a thread but i cant remember the title It includes blanking plates, a guage and an air line fill point. It'll be under something to do with 'leak down testing' if you do a forum search. _________________ After years of moaning about immigrants now i am one...
