Connecting up powervalves on an MC16

Hi all,

I have an MC16 I am rebuilding, I bought it in bits as a non runner with a knackered top end. I have rebuilt it and it is running but I have not connected up the powervalves yet. Is there a procedure for connecting them up? A slight complication is that I have MC18 barrels on the bike.
