HRC had their own, but they weren't sold to the public. There are plenty of alternatives, from all the usual suppliers, but it is extremely unlikely that someone has a genuine set of HRC chambers for an MC28. _________________ Andy.

Hopefully the following translates OK... if it doesn't, get a thesaurus!
Don't let your ignorance of the subject cost you a lot of money.
"Ignorance" in this case is not an insult, but an observation of your lack of knowledge. You need to do a lot more research, or stick to known quantites. Those, in my opinion are Jha, Dog Fight, TYGA etc.
There is little of value HRC-wise for an MC28 apart from an HRC card and a jet kit! The rest of it, at best, is SP spec. The only thing worth anything much, if you can get it, is an HRC flywheel and stator, but they sell for mega money. I think the kit was about £1500 new!
I would recommend you get on Yahoo! and buy yourself a 1994 HRC setup manual. You will find there's not much in it though!
You can make an MC28 perform OK, but you have to throw a lot of money at them. If what you're really looking for is a fast street bike, don't be afraid to say it! If you really want a race bike for the track then you don't want to keep the lights etc., and you open up far more options.
With the right parts and enough money you will be up around 60hp, but to get over 60hp for street use, I can see you running into problems with the Singapore police!! If you want a fast street 250 that won't get you on the wrong side of the SG law, get an MC21! _________________ Andy.
