Do you not have a PGM-III? What are your plans? The PGM-III is remarkably good for a stock ECU, and capable of running tuned motors well in excess of 70rwhp. It is, of course, a 30 year old ECU, and some of the components inside can occasionally fail, but that's normally due to high resistance within the circuitry associated with poor maintenance of the RC Valve.
The Ignitech will come into its own more with a 300 kit, but there are things integrated into the PGM-III that it can't do/are not adjustable, so the amount of control you actually have is finite.
However, if the PGM-III is missing, then an Ignitech is the logical choice, as it tends to be about 1/2-2/3 the cost of a used PGM these days!
