Was speaking to Brother StephenRC45 just a couple of days ago, and the 16 came into conversation.
Stephen knows the MC16 better than me and it would seem that by throwing MC18 or 21 carbs and insulator on you're only getting rid of half the problem. Stephen says that there's plenty of exhaust port work required to really make the 16 breath.
So it would seem that the plan would be to throw the 16 barrels in the bin, and fit 18/21/28 barrels and carbs and just get on with enjoying 'real' NSR power!
That's what he said anyway and who am I to argue.
