Indeed the HRC card is not recommended with the '21 flywheel.

General consensous is that unless you have access to 100 ron proper leaded fuel the 010 card is useless.

The RVF400 fork will fit the stock wheel and brakes, you'll need RVF discs (they're bigger) as well (obviously) as the clipons and the yokes. Not sure how much work is needed to fit them.
