If you have a firewall, try turning it off temporarily and see if you can see it then. I have the same problem when the firewall is running. I could prob fiddle wiith the settings to sort it, but I just disable it completely if I want a look-see - don't always get the part number bit tho', so I think there may be another problem on my system too. Getting a new PC shortly so I can't be bothered to investigate it for now - I'll see how I go when I'm running a diff O.S. and software.
