Got this new Computer thingy. I can't open the parts manual on the site. What am I doing wrong

If you have a firewall, try turning it off temporarily and see if you can see it then. I have the same problem when the firewall is running. I could prob fiddle wiith the settings to sort it, but I just disable it completely if I want a look-see - don't always get the part number bit tho', so I think there may be another problem on my system too. Getting a new PC shortly so I can't be bothered to investigate it for now - I'll see how I go when I'm running a diff O.S. and software.

You can have problems if you haven`t got java runtime enabled.
I loaded the Mozilla firefox browser & it sorted it for me automatically.

The OPM works in all browsers. Problems usually stem from low resolution or disabled Javascript, or both!

To overcome firewalls, if you have permission to do it, just add www.nsr-world.com to your "Trusted Zones".
