Ive just been out side and had a measure up.

A Renthal one measures in at 14.10mm dia

A Tallon one 13.88mm dia

So it would seem the lugs will be very tight to get into the Tallon sprocket. Most of mine are a perfect fit in the Rentals but some do need alittle help. So going off that they will take quite a bit of force to get them into the Tallons. do you have a vice at home, try pressing them in with that and a little clothe.
