Warm the sproket up a bit in the oven and then 'persuade' 'em in with a hammer or mallet. They are very tight, but that worked for me.

Luck

You shouldnt need to go that far, most of the time they press in with your finger. If you have one of those gay anodised ones maybe try taking some of the anodising off with some very fine wet and dry.

Ive just been out side and had a measure up.

A Renthal one measures in at 14.10mm dia

A Tallon one 13.88mm dia

So it would seem the lugs will be very tight to get into the Tallon sprocket. Most of mine are a perfect fit in the Rentals but some do need alittle help. So going off that they will take quite a bit of force to get them into the Tallons. do you have a vice at home, try pressing them in with that and a little clothe.

You could do, but the next time you need a new sprocket they will wobble around like a loose wobbie thing.

Try warming up the sprocket in the oven and put the lugs in the freezer. Then get a BFH (Big F-----g Hammer) and go to work Very Happy
