The bike started and ran fine when I bought it less than a month ago. I rode it home placed it in my garage and covered it. When I went to start it last week. I couldn't get the bike started. I couldn't get it kick started or bumb started. there is enough gas in the tank, the petcock and choke were opened, and the run switch was on.

I am using the original card with no wire splice.
The red warning light is on.
and the dash is flashing the word "off".

any help or ideas would be greatly appriciated, I am new to the NSR250
