think i will pull it apart later and give all the plates a quick sand and maybe stack a couple of washers under the springs before i buy new

no i dint plug the PJ's in the end. i feel that all the jets i got with my kit are to big. but i may try again when i order some in-between ones.
so at the moment it is on 150 main, standard everything else apart from the tubes the mains sit in. and the B type HRC needles.
now i am not endorsing this setting to anyone else and i know i still have lots more testing to do
but it is working for me at the moment.
