Right but it is the lead in leaded fuel that creates the high octane rating. Either way, slower burn, cooler flame front = needs more advance. Pre-mix is a pain on the road but that is the way the bike was when I bought it. I only have a 010 card with HRC harness so I don't have a lot of choice. I am planning on doing some dyno runs and jetting the bike for both fuel types when I get some spare time. Guess I need to look for a 030 card?
