First one is easy enough -- HRC stuffers. Part number in the tuning section.
Air filter elements aren't so easy to come by. Daytona is probably the most popular/well known, but difficult to obtain outside of Japan. You would be better off buying a sheet (is that the correct word?!) of high-flow filter foam from someone like ITG or Pipercross and cutting it to suit. There is an HRC filter foam too, but I don't know the part number.
Never personally seen any proof that one set of reeds is any better than another (except old metal ones vs. fibre ones).
HRC stuffers (or inlet rectifiers to give them their correct name) should be available from Supporting Vendors such as TYGA Performance and Jap4Performance in the UK, and (good) Honda dealers. Supporting Vendors should offer Ti Members a small discount on those parts... let me know if they don't!
