Some of you guys must have these forks and be a little heavy. What would be the normal weight of oil and level be, for say 100Kg. Is there anything else I should order to change at the same time, internal wise.

I'm living in a hotel in Singapore for 4 weeks and have been ordered not to do any work. If I don't work on my bikes (on paper) I don't know what I would do so forgive me if I start to ask too many questions.
