Sorry to ressurect an old thread but I have 3 dead cdi's off an mc16. One of which was working fine, the bike put away for a month or so then when the bike was brought out of hiding it was only running on 1. Swapped the cdi's round and the problem moved cylinders.

Saw this post and so far have stripped them back to the boards but cannot see any sign of dry joints, have con checked from the plug to the board and that seems fine.

Any other ideas?
